Mashal’s father says will move PHC for justice

BIRMINGHAM (92 News) – Father of Mashal Khan, who was lynched by a mob in Abdul Wali Khan University, has announced to move the Peshawar High Court for justice, demanding arrest of the absconding accused. Addressing a press conference in Birmingham on Wednesday, he said that the accused are visible from the pictures and footage. “The police arrested 58 accused, out of total 61.” He said that Imran Khan had promised to name the Mardan University after Mashal Khan, but it could not be fulfilled. He said his family still faces threats and his daughters could not go for study. On the other hand, four nominated accused in the Mashal murder case are still at large. Some absconding accused had also confessed to murdering Mashal case. Arif, a Tehsil Council member, is said to be having fled from the country. Sabir is a university employee.
