Maryam Nawaz terms Khawaja Asif's arrest a kidnap

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz said that matters can go to any extent if Khawaja Asif not released.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, she said that they would react to the arrest of Khawaja Asif.

She said that Khawaja Asif was asked to leave Nawaz Sharif and deviate from the narrative. "Khawaja Asif has been arrested as punishment for not accepting their demand," she added.

Maryam Nawaz said that the fear of losing the government was visible from the faces of the rulers. "Our party meeting was going on and Khawaja Asif was present in it. The NAB kidnapped Khawaja Asif. It is not an arrest, but kidnap," she maintained.

Maryam Nawaz said that the judiciary should not keep silent over the kidnap of a man from his house. "The NAB is an institution of political engineering."

She said that she had received all resignations. "Imran Khan will have to go home. These are the last tactics," she added.
