Maulana Fazalur Rehman, Maryam Nawaz discuss PDM's future strategy

LAHORE (92 News) – JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehaman held a meeting with PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz at Jati Umrah on Wednesday.

They discussed overall political situation and future strategy of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).

Talking to the media before the meeting, Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that PM Imran Khan is worried as Azadi Caravan had started its journey. "We are taking out rallies and meetings across the country," he said.

He said that they cannot think of a clash with the institutions. "We believe in strengthening the institution," he maintained.

The JUI-F delegation included central naib ameer Maulana Yousaf, central deputy secretary general Maulana Amjad Khan and Mufti Ibrar Ahmed, Dr Attiqur Rehman and JUP secretary general Shah Awais Noorani.

The PML-N delegation comprised of Muhammad Zubair, Ahsan Iqbal, Rana Sanaullah, Pervaiz Rasheed, Capt (retd) Safdar, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Marriyum Aurangzeb.
