MULTAN (92 News) – Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said on Monday that JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s sit-in is not in interest of country. Speaking to the journalists in Multan, FM Qureshi declared the selection of date for JUI-F’s protest as wrong. “Pakistani nation has rejected the decision of Maulana Fazlur Rehman to hold sit in on October 27 as Kashmiris would be observing Black Day against Indian oppression on the same date.
Pakistan, China frequently discuss regional issues
Prime Minister Imran Khan is going to China on a three-day official visit where he will meet his Chinese counterpart as well as President to discuss a host of issues during his three-day visit to China. He said schedule of meetings with private sector of China and business organizations has also been finalized. Shah Mehmood Qureshi said China and Pakistan frequently discuss and coordinate on regional and international issues. He said both countries have same stance on all the issues, including Kashmir.
Pakistan’s viewpoint to be considered in next meeting of FATF
To a question, he said Pakistan has taken comprehensive measures to comply with the requirements of Financial Action Task Force (FATAF). He expressed confidence that Pakistan’s viewpoint will be considered in next meeting of FATF in Paris.

Qureshi has warned Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that Pakistan’s patience over the humanitarian crisis in Occupied Kashmir is about to run out. Addressing the concluding ceremony of three-day Urs of Hazrat Bahauddin Zakariya on Monday, he said that today the lockdown in IOK had entered 64th day. “The Indian army is blinding innocent Kashmiris through the pellet gun,” he said.
