ISLAMABAD (92 News) – JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman phoned former premier Nawaz Sharif and inquired after his health on Thursday. He prayed for his quick recovery. Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Nawaz Sharif has reiterated vigorous participation of the PML-N workers in Azadi March. Earlier on Thursday, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman announced that Azadi March will start from Karachi at 10am on October 27. He made the announcement after a meeting of the JUI-F Central Majlis-e-Aamla. He said that the government had sold out Kashmir. “We will express solidarity with the Kashmiris and enter Islamabad on October 31. We will stay in Islamabad even for two months for an end to the government,” he declared. Maulana Fazlur Rehman declared that the nation will get the resignation if Imran Khan did not tender it. “The accent of the Government’s Dialogue Committee was not appropriate. The committee should bring the resignation of Imran Khan along with them,” he said. He announced that they do not accept the rigged elections. “The nation is unified that the present rulers are unable to run the government,” he said. The JUI-F chief said that the people from all schools of thought, including labourers, doctors and teachers, will participate in Azadi March. “The government has announced that it will not create hurdles in the march, but roads are being closed,” he said. He said that PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif is supporting their stance. “The Azadi March will be successful due to the unity of the opposition parties,” he said. Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that he would lead the protest from jail even after his arrest.
