May 9 incidents: Gujranwala ATC orders to confiscate properties of 51 accused

GUJRANWALA (92 News) - The anti-terrorism court on Monday ordered to confiscate the properties of 51 accused involved in the attack and arson at Gujranwala Cantonment.

The order to confiscate the properties was issued under section 88 of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The proceedings are underway to declare the accused, including Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Furrukh Habib, Umar Ayub, Shaukat Bhatti, Zafarullah Cheema, Asadullah Papa and Ali Amin Gandapur, proclaimed offenders.
