May 9 was a rebellion not only against govt, but also against military leadership: Bilawal Bhutto

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has said that May 9 was a rebellion not only against the government, but also against the military leadership that failed badly. 

Expressing his views on the floor of the National Assembly on Wednesday, he said: "If you don't apologize for the May 9 incidents, you will have to face the consequences. Politics is everyone's right, but do the politics in a democratic way."

Bilawal Bhutto said that earlier they (PTI leaders) used to say do not interfere in democracy, but now they want interference by holding their feet.

"Farmers' economic murder should be held accountable. They are lodging a vigorous protest across the country. The Punjab government has not yet purchased wheat. The government should stop playing 'committee, committee'," he added.

Bilawal Bhutto said that solution to country's problems lies in dialogues.
