Mayors, deputy mayors’ polls could not be held after six months, says Farooq Sattar

KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar has on Thursday said that the municipal institutions should have been activated but six months have passed but the mayors and deputy mayors elections could not be held. Talking to media outside Supreme Court after appearing before the court, Farooq Sattar said that former Karachi Mustafa Kamal has named his party but they will recite prayer in the ear. During the proceedings, Justice Dost Muhammad remarked that the people are being victimized between the quarrel of two influential parties.
