MCB privatization case: Mian Mansha among 11 board of directors summoned

KARACHI (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has on Sunday summoned 11 Board of Directors including the owner of Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB), Mian Mansha, in MCB privatization case. According to the NAB sources, the inquiry of Mian Mansha and other board of directors will be launched next week, while Mian Mansha has already recorded his statement. During the inquiry, Mian Mansha will be asked to written statement. It is pertinent here to mention here that the inquiry has been launched following the orders of the Supreme Court. If the multi-billionaire and board of directors failed to satisfy the investigation team or the team found evidence of corruption, a reference could be filed against them after the approval of Executive Board of Directors.
