Military courts’ term come to an end

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The two-year term of the military courts has expired today. The military courts would not be able to hear the terrorism case from today onwards. Meanwhile, the government has started preparing a new draft for the law. The special powers were given to the Army through 21^st constitutional amendment in the aftermath of the APS attack in Peshawar.
