ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has termed the mini budget a drama budget. Talking to the media outside Parliament House on Thursday, he said that they are going to run the country by selling buffaloes. “Only the poor will be affected by the increase in the prices of gas and electricity,” he said. The PPP chairman said that the mini budget had benefited only Imran Khan’s ATM, not the masses. “The PTI only raised the revolutionary slogans, but took no steps,” he maintained. He said that efforts are being made to wind up the 18th Amendment. About the auction of buffaloes in PM House, Bilawal Bhutto said that the auction too has become a joke. “Those claiming of a change are now running away from accountability,” he added. He also criticized the government for exempting the non-filers from tax, saying it is not less than a scandal. The PPP chairman said that they got Public Accounts Committee chairmanship assigned to then opposition leader Ch Nisar so that stern accountability should be done.
