Mismanagement mars Javed Hashmi’s press conference in Multan

MULTAN (92 News) – Mismanagement amid uproar of the PTI workers marred the press conference of senior politician Javed Hashmi at Press Club on Wednesday. The PTI workers chanted slogans against Hashmi and showed him shoes when he reached to address the press conference. Javed Hashmi stopped the press conference and ran to catch the PTI workers who managed to escape. Addressing the press conference briefly, he said that it is responsibility of political parties to protect the institutions. “The Supreme Court is being used and its foundations are being shaken,” he maintained. He said that any attempt to damage the constitution was unacceptable. “I respect the entire judiciary. A case was tried against me in the NAB for six years. Impose the contempt of court against me if you consider the press conference the contempt of court,” he said. The PTI workers continued to chant the slogans against Javed Hashmi, forcing him to end the press conference.
