Missing Persons’ Case: SHC declares all police reports fabricated

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court has on Thursday declared all the report submitted by the police regarding missing persons fabricated. The Sindh High Court (SHC) resumed the hearing for the recovery of 140 missing persons’. During the proceedings, the court summoned the Sindh IGP on January 19 after he failed to implement court orders relating to the recovery of Muhammad Faisal who has been missing for the last five years. The court remarked that the police do not seem to be making serious efforts to recover missing persons. The court further remarked that the number of missing persons is increasing day by day and the police and principal task force should jointly ensure the recovery of the citizens.
