ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Minallah on Friday remarked that it seems that it is an announced policy of the state to disappear the people.

Hearing the missing persons case, he remarked that apparently the court considers the missing persons cases as breaking of the constitution. "The court holds the breaker of the constitution and law responsible for the missing persons," he observed.

The IHC chief justice observed that forced disappearance of the people cannot be ignored.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also appeared in the case related to the recovery of missing persons. "I assure that I will reunite the missing persons with their families. I will leave no stone unturned in resolving missing persons cases," he assured.
