MNA Ali Wazir among 12 PTM workers booked for instigating people to rebellion

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The police have registered a case against 12 workers of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), including MNA Ali Wazir, on the charge of instigating the people to rebellion. The case has been registered under sections 120B, 506, 189, 148, 149, 500, 504 of the PPC and 16 MPO. According to the FIR, the accused had gathered the PTM workers for Karam Tangi Dam at Shiwa and chanted slogans against the state. The accused had tried to create threats for national security by chanting ant-state slogans.
