MNA Aslam Bhootani quits ruling coalition to join opposition

QUETTA (92 News) - Independent MNA from Balochistan Aslam Bhootani parts his ways with Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) and joins opposition.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that he took decision while considering upcoming elections. “It is not debate that the government was good or bad. I have not put forward any demand before PPP chairman Asif Ali Zardari. I do not want to be beaten by putting demand before him,” he added.

Meanwhile, PPP leader Bilawal Bhutto said that yesterday was a historic day. “Opposition alliance tabled no-confidence motion and BAP announced to leave the government. We are very thankful t Aslam bhootani that he is standing with us at this point for the people of Pakistan. Opposition alliance pays salute to Aslam Bhootani,” he maintained.
