ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed said on Saturday that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi committed political suicide by making wrong decision as revoking special status of Occupied Kashmir. Addressing a press conference, the federal minister said that the wrong decision taken by India will turn the valley of Srinagar into a graveyard, adding that India has to pay off heavy price for this illegal move in Occupied Kashmir. “All doors of negotiation between India and Pakistan have been closed. if war breaks out between both the nuclear power countries, then it would be the last war,” he mentioned. “I also reject the Indian request on Samjhuata Express and Thar Express,” Sheikh Rasheed clarified. Commenting on Sharif family, the minister said that the credit of this worse condition of Pakistan Muslim League-N goes only to Maryam Nawaz, the daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. Regarding the Chaudhary Sugar Mills case, he explained that it was brought forth by the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) in its tenure, and the case is moving towards its conclusion. “Amulets worked well, I had already predicted that Sadiq Sanjrani will win,” he replied to a question regarding Senate voting. A day earlier, after suspending Samjhauta Express, Sheikh Rasheed also announced to close Thar Express train service with India after abrogating special status of Occupied Kashmir by scrapping Article 370 and 35-A. Speaking to the journalists in Islamabad, the minister said Sheikh Rasheed said after Samjhota Express, “We have decided to shut down Thar Express.” He said Pakistan does not want war with India but anyone who are not supporting Kashmir cause are traitors, and their politics will be buried in the dust. Commenting on India’s move, the minister said India has violated UN resolutions over Kashmir dispute by stripping its special status. He said that he will visit the borders of Azad Jammu Kahsmir after Eidul Azha. The railway minister says 1800-kilometer long track of ML-1 project will prove to be a milestone in strengthening and stabilizing the country’s economy. He said the ML-1 project will also address the issues of railways mishaps. He said China will provide total funding of the project. He said the revenue of Pakistan Railways has also considerably increased. Commenting on Sharif family, he said that Chaudhry Sugar mill will expose the corruption of Sharif family.
