Money laundering case: Banking court extends interim bail of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz till January 4

LAHORE (92 News) – Banking court has extended interim bail of PML-N leaders Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz till January 4.

Respected judge objected that why Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted challan in this court? Counsel of FIA remarked that due to some misunderstanding, it was asked to be submitted in the same court.

Counsel of Shehbaz Sharif Amjad Pervaiz has said that nine accused in this court consulted the court for bail. “FIA had asked time for completing investigation and then said that these are not accused but our witness. The FIA had asked to reject Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz bail pleas. The same court has confirmed interim bail of two accused in the same case,” he added.
