Moon Garden case: Police presents report in SHC

KARACHI (92 News) – Police have on Tuesday presented a report regarding Moon Garden located in Karachi’s Gulshan-e-Iqbal in the Sindh High Court (SHC).

According to the report, police have evacuated 98 flats out of 186, while 39 shops out of 48 have been sealed.

The lawyer told the court that the builder Abdul Razzaq Khamoosh sought permission from the Supreme Court to sell more flats, adding that he should be barred from selling more flats.
