Mother, two children killed in Karachi blast

KARACHI (92 News) – At least three people including a mother and two children have been killed in a blast at Karachi’s Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

According to the details garnered, the blast occurred at a shop in Karachi’s Crown Garden Apartments, Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Three people have been killed while six others sustained severe injuries in the blast.

The explosion has destroyed several shops and cars. Due to the intensity of explosion, the window glasses of the nearby buildings have broken.

Getting information about the incident, the security personnel arrived at the scene and shifted the victims to nearby hospital.

According to the police, the initial reports suggested that the blast may be cause of exploded LPG cylinder. However, the police officers have also launched an inquiry into the matter.
