MPA Nishat Daha decides to summon displeased PML-N leaders

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) member provincial (MPA) from Punjab Nishat Daha – who met Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar – decided to summon the displeased PML-N leaders on Thursday. In a statement, the PML-N displeased MPA announced to hold a meeting of displeased party leaders soon. He said that he has been receiving telephone calls from displeased PML-N MPAs and all of them share his demands and want to be treated with dignity. “The assembly members have assured me of their support,” Nishat Daha maintained. The PML-N leader further said the party leadership is silent and there is no one to unite us at the moment. “Those fifteen to sixteen PML-N members who had called on Usman Buzdar are all in contact with me,” he claimed. A day earlier, Nishat Daha has challenged his party leadership to terminate his membership after meeting with Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar. Talking exclusively with 92 News, the PML-N leader said that he requested form the Punjab chief minister to release development funds during the meeting. “The meeting with Usman Buzdar was held to resolve issues of my constituency,” he added. To a question – expressing anger – the displeased PML-N’s MPA said that N-league has made a drama for terminating from the party. If the party wants to remove his membership due to the meeting with the Punjab chief minster than welcome to terminate my party membership,” he mentioned. “Everyone has his own reservations within the party but none dare to speak openly. I express my reservations regarding to the party’s polices openly,” Nishat Daha said. He also affirmed that it is not so easy to take action. “There is absolutely no question that the leadership will do anything,” he stressed. He asked the party leadership to take action against those party leaders who met Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar. It is pertinent to mention here that Nishat Khan is elected MPA from Khanewal constituency.
