MQM being re-imposed forcibly, says Karachi JI ameer

KARACHI (92 News) - Karachi Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that the MQM is being re-imposed forcibly because even five percent people have not voted in favour of it.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the PTI and the JI had secured votes from Karachi. "We should be given the seats from where we won," he demanded.

He announced that the JI would lodge protest and stage the sit-in against an insult to the public mandate. "We will raise the voice for our legal rights," he added.
