MQM Coordination Committee condemns paramilitary raid at Nine-Zero

KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement Coordination Committee held an emergency press conference condemning the paramilitary raid and arrest of party members early on Friday. Addressing the media, MQM leader Barrister Saif said that the party members have been arrested by the paramilitary forces are baseless. He said that they are ready to defend themselves legally. Barrister Saif said that more than 100 cases were registered against MQM chief Altaf Hussain adding that the paramilitary raid is illegal and against the constitution. He said that the struggle of MQM will continue, adding that they will defend state violence against the party.
