MQM demands Sindh governorship in a meeting with PML-N

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Wednesday demanded the position of the Sindh governor in exchange for alliance.

According to sources, the demand was made during a meeting of between two parties.

The MQM is willing to keep Kamran Tessori as the Sindh governor on the basis of his performance. The MQM will make the decision about joining the cabinet after getting assurance of the constitutional amendment.

In the first phase, the MQM is likely to get three ministries. However, the meeting ended without reaching any conclusion. Another round of consultation is likely to start soon.
