KARACHI (92 News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Tuesday again announced to hold public rally in Karachi on July 3 against PPP-led Sindh government.

Sindh Assembly session again ended due to the ruckus. MQM-P members protested and chanted slogans against the government. They raised slogan as 'Karachi Ko Pani Du' (give water to Karachi).

Deputy Convener Kanwar Naveed Jamil said that the attitude of Sindh government towards Karachi was not that of a stepmother but that of a witch. Kanwar Naveed said that this budget is not the budget of urban areas of Sindh. "Don't be so compelled to say that this assembly is not ours," he added.

MQM-P's Abdul Wasim said that the Sindh government had taken a biased attitude towards the city. The MQM wants the rights of the people in this city, not fighting and rioting.

A protest meeting was held by DMC Central employees in Karachi. Addressing the meeting, MQM Coordination Committee member Abdul Wasim announced to hold a rally in Karachi on July 3 against the Sindh government. He said that the Sindh government has adopted a biased attitude in every institution.
