MQM, PTI announce to move court against formation of new district in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have announced to move court against the formation of a new district in Karachi. Talking to the media on Thursday, Karachi Mayor Waseem Akhtar said that why new provinces cannot be formed if new districts can be formed. PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaman said that they condemn the division of Karachi. PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh said that it is enmity with Sindh to bifurcate Karachi. PSP chairman Mustafa Kamal said that the PPP had tried to break Karachi. MQM leader Farooq Sattar said that the division of Karachi is a prejudicial act and tantamount to an enmity with Karachi.
