MULTAN (92 News) – Mufti Abdul Qavi, an accused in the Qandeel Baloch murder case, will undergo another angiography tomorrow after blockage in the right vein was found during his angiography yesterday. Sources privy to hospital said that the medical team would take decision whether another stent should be placed into his heart or not. The cleric will also be presented before the court to get physical remand of the accused. The doctors had said that it would be decided after the second angiography whether another stent should be placed into his heart or not after blockage in the right vein was found during his angiography. Earlier, the court had remanded Mufti Abdul Qavi in police custody for four days. Qavi was shifted to medical centre after he complained of chest pain during police custody on Thursday. The doctor disclosed that stents were inserted in Qavi’s heart in 2016. He added that stents stop working due to stress and anxiety. The doctors said that they could not allow the police to allow his physical remand until his full recovery. Sources said that influential friends of Mufti Abdul Qavi had rescued him now he will not undergo polygraph test.
