Mufti Muneebur Rehman objects to sighting of moon
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Ruet-e-Hilal Committee former chairman Mufti Muneebur Rehman has objected to the sighting of moon.
Talking to the media on Thursday, he said that the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee had been waiting for the decision of Qasim Khan Mosque and made announcement soon after its announcement.
He urged the nation to observe 'Qaza Roza' and one-day Itekaf.
Mufti Muneebur Rehman said that the government wanted a puppet Ruet-e-Hilal Committee. "No minister can dare to sit in our meeting," he said.
He said that he had been weeping over the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee decision throughout the night.
