Muharram-ul-Haram moon sighted, Youm-e-Ashur on August 30

KARACHI (92 News) – Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Mufti Muneebur Rehman on Thursday announced the Muharram-ul-Haram (1442 AH) moon has been sighted and the first of the holy month will be on Friday. Youm-e-Ashur will be observed on August 30 (Sunday). The announcement was made in the light of evidences received regarding moon-sighting from across the country.
