Murree incident case: IHC summons officials of NDMA today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned officials of National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on Thursday.

Chief Justice High Court Athar Minallah held hearing of application to investigate Murree incident. Resident of Murree Hammad abbasi submitted application through his counsel Advocate Danish Ishraq Abbasi. He said that administration neither stop tourists nor aware them about dangers of snow storm. “Every year tourists visit Murre in the same way.”

On this, Chief Justice remarked that in this body all relevant people are there including opposition. “Has ever any meeting held of this big body?, there should be a proper management plan.”

Deputy Attorney General Syed Tayyab Shah said that after getting information he can provide briefings to the court in this regard.

The court summoned official of NDMA today.
