August 15, 2015
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has demanded the government to constitute a commission to probe Pakistan Musilim League-Nawaz leader Mushahidullah Khan’s allegations regarding the former ISI chief Zaheerul Islam Abbasi of trying to occupy the power by removing civil and military leadership during the PTI sit-ins. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shireen Mazari said that the PML-N Secretary Information and federal minister is trying to politicized the sit-ins and to attach intelligence agencies with the sit-ins is condemnable. She said that whoever is found guilty on either side during the commission probe should be exposed and punished – be it the accusers or accused. She said that PMLN cannot keep playing these games! Reacting to the Mushahidullah Khan’s allegations, Awami National Party leader Haji Adeel said that the statement was right and said that who was third umpire whose indication was the PTI waiting. On the other hand, Pakistan People’s Party kept silence on the issue, while Jamat-e-Islami termed the statement unnecessary after the resolution of political crisis.
