Myanmar commander-in-chief calls on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, COAS & CJCSC
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Myanmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on Thursday called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Rashad Mahmood.
Talking to him, the prime minister said that Pakistan and Myanmar enjoy close bilateral ties which Pakistan wishes to strengthen in future.
The Myanmar commander-in-chief discussed the matters of professional and mutual interest.
He lauded Pakistan’s sacrifices in the war against terrorism.
Earlier, he was presented the guard of honour.
