Mystery of Zain Affandi's murder resolved, main accused arrested

KARACHI (92 News) – The police claimed to have resolved the mystery of the murder of Zain Affandi and arrested the main accused.

Sources in the police revealed that all five accused are Afghan and the incident seems to be an outcome of resistance to a dacoity.

They said that three accused are directly involved in the incident. The accused are being interrogated at an unknown location.

According to a CCTV footage, two accused scaled the wall from the generator and opened the main gate. The accused, who tied the guard, can be seen wandering in the lawn. They were hiding their faces.

On January 6, the accused had killed Zain Affandi on resistance during a dacoity. Zain Affandi is the grandson of Hassan Affandi, the founder of Sindh Madrassa-tul-Islam.
