NA-110 Rigging Case: SC dismisses PTI’s review petition

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Monday dismissed the review petition in rigging case in NA-110 against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

The review petition was filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Usman Dar.

A three member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case.

Earlier, the election tribunal had given a decision in favor of Khawaja Asif regarding the electoral irregularities; however, Usman Dar challenged the decision in Supreme Court urging an inquiry into rigging allegations.
