NA-122 by-polls: PTI set to show force today, strict security arrangements made

LAHORE (92 News) – As the election fever in NA-122 is in full swing, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is all set to show its power in the constituency ahead of by-election by holding a rally in Dongi Ground in Samanabad area of Lahore on Sunday. Preparations are underway for Dongi Ground in Samanabad meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, while the ground has been decorated on all sides with party flags as workers reach the rally spot. Lighting setup is being installed while the stage is being reinforced with iron rods and as many as 20,000 chairs have been setup in the ground. Separate sitting arrangements have been made for ladies in the rally, while three walk through entry gates have been setup. The PTI Chairman Imran Khan will reach again tomorrow to address the rally. Imran Khan had announced that he would make revelations about ruling party’s involvement in corruption of mega development projects in tomorrow’s moot. Strict security arrangements have been made for the PTI rally. As many as 3000 police officials including two SSPs, six DSP and 13 SHOs will be deputed in and around the ground for security purpose and jammers have also been installed. Three emergency gates have also been constructed to meet any untoward incident or emergency.   pti
