DASKA (92 News) – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has demanded forensic of votes or re-polling at 23 polling stations of NA-75.

Talking to the media outside the RO Office on Saturday, Ahsan Iqbal said that polling was stopped at several polling stations and later the staff disappeared. "The by-elections have become controversial," he added.

The PML-N leader claimed that the election result had been stopped because teh government had done rigging. "Perceiving the defeat in three cities, the government held the staff hostage," he added.

He said that Firdous Ashiq Awan had tried to pressurize the RO.

PML-N spokeswoman Marriyum Aurangzeb said that votes along with staff had been stolen first time in the country. "It is condemnable to stop the staff on the pretext of fog. However, the PML-N will win the election at all costs," she maintained.
