NA Speaker Asad Qaisar says inflation creating problems for all

SWABI (92 News) – National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar has admitted inflation in the country, saying it is creating problems for all.

Addressing a ceremony on Saturday, he said that the national exchequer was empty when they assumed the power. "The country's expenditures were US$20 billion, while income was US$8-12 billion," he added.

The NA speaker said that former rulers had destroyed the country and now they were raising a hue and cry over inflation.

He said that the Covid-19 pandemic crisis had created crisis across the world. "No anti-Islam can be introduced during my presence," he added.
