NA speaker criticizes Imran Khan, says capital will not shut on Oct 30

LAHORE (92 News) – National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said the government will not allow anyone to hinder the development process under the China-Pakistan Economic corridor. Criticising the PTI chairman, Ayaz Sadiq said: “Imran Khan is not a kid who needs an advice. All the references have been sent to Election Commission.” Capital will not shut on October 30, he said. Addressing an inaugural ceremony of a new Academic Block of Queen Mary College in Lahore on Saturday, he said education is the basic right of each and every child and government is doing its best to fulfill its constitutional obligation. The NA speaker said that various projects are underway in educational institutions across the country to provide learning friendly environment to the students. He added that the government is providing all resources to National and Provincial Disaster Management Authorities to minimize life and property losses during the natural calamities. He said performance of disaster management authorities has improved due to provision of latest technology. Ayaz Sadiq said the losses can be reduced through Disaster Preparedness and Management.
