NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf starts confirming PTI's collective resignations

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - National Assembly Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has started the process to confirm the collective resignations tendered by the PTI lawmakers.

In the first phase, signatures of the resigning lawmakers are being confirmed. In the second phase, the resigned lawmakers will be summoned and their opinion will be sought in this regard.

PTI chairman Imran Khan will be summoned in the mid of May.

According to sources, signatures of the members are different from their signatures in the Role of Sign. The process to call the members in person will be started after Eid.

The sources said that the resignation of the person not appearing before the speaker will not be accepted.
