NAB approves closure of two inquiries against PM Shehbaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday approved the closure of two inquiries against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Moreover, it approved the closure of two inquiries against Punjab Governor Baleeghur Rehman.
According to the NAB, no proof was found of corruption during the three-year investigations.
On the recommendation of the NAB Executive Board, NAB Chairman Aftab Sultan ordered to closure the inquiries against two people. In 2019, the NAB had started the inquiries for transferring the state land of 14,400 kanals.
The NAB had summoned the prime minister and sent him the questionnaires.
