NAB completes evidence in Al-Azizia reference

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday completed evidence in the Al-Azizia reference. The records of 22 witnesses were recorded. The court ordered to record the statement of the accused Nawaz Sharif on the next date of hearing. The NAB also presented the copies of the SC verdicts pronounced on April 20 and July 28. Khawaja Haris, counsel for former premier Nawaz Sharif, objected to the statement of the NAB prosecutor, saying the old judgment cannot be presented after the new verdict.
