NAB gets more seven-day custody of PTI founder, Bushra Bibi

ISLAMABAD (APP) - An accountability court on Monday granted the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) a further seven-day physical remand of the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana case.

The accused were produced before the court at Adiala Jail after their eight-day remand was ended. During the hearing, the NAB prayed the court to grant further 14 days physical remand of the accused for more investigation from them in the said case. The NAB also presented the progress report regarding investigation to the court.

After hearing the arguments, the court granted seven days of physical remand of the accused and ordered NAB to produce them again on July 29.
