According to the NAB, the raids were conducted after getting permission from the court.
Sources said that the Sharif family’s benami companies were operated from the office of the chief financial officer at K-55. They said that the NAB officers were looking for the record of the benami companies. “However, the record was missing from K-55 office,” he added.
Meanwhile, PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has confirmed the raids. “The raids were conducted on the K-55 and F-91 offices in Model Town,” she said.
