NAB's top priority is to take housing fraud cases to logical end: Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – NAB Chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal has said that the top priority of the NAB to take houses fraud cases to the logical end.

Addressing a ceremony to distribute cheques among the affectees of the housing fraud on Tuesday, he said that the NAB believes in taking practical steps according to the law instead of shallow slogans.

In total, the cheques amounting to Rs 3.02 billion were distributed among the affectees. An amount of Rs 1.95 billion was distributed among 8,500 affectees of the National House Building.

The sources said that the amount was recovered under the supervision of Irfan Mangi.
