NAB should be abolished for survival of country, says Shahid Khaqan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), which was earlier used to defame politicians, should be abolished for the survival of the country. 

Talking to the media outside the accountability court on Monday, he said it’s time for confession. "Javed Iqbal should also confess. The NAB has a lot of involvement behind the deterioration of the economy." 

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the government saved Pakistan from default by making difficult decisions.

Earlier, the Accountability Court Islamabad adjourned the hearing against former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and others in the LNG reference till December 20 without proceeding.
