NAB summons Shehbaz Sharif in Saaf Pani case on Aug 20

LAHORE (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore summoned Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif on August 20 in a Saaf Pani and Punjab Power Development Company case. As per details, Shehbaz Sharif will appear before Lahore NAB and he would answer the allegations which submitted against him. He will appear before the NAB's office in the provincial capital at 2:00pm where he will likely to be questioned about the case. Shehbaz, who has served as chief minister of the country’s largest province for a decade, had earlier been summoned and questioned by the anti-corruption watchdog in Punjab Saaf Pani Company (PSPC) and Ashiana Housing Scheme cases. Earlier, the NAB summoned PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif in the Saaf Pani Company case on July 5. The NAB officers will interrogate Shehbaz Sharif in the Saaf Pani case. On Monday, he did not appear before the NAB despite summons. On the other hand, former PML-N leader Zaeem Qadri has also been summoned in the case on Wednesday.
