NAB to file appeal against Nawaz’s acquittal in Flagship reference

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to file an appeal against the Accountability Court judgment in Flagship reference case against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. The decision was taken at a high-level meeting of the bureau at its headquarters this evening, with Chairman NAB Justice (r) Javed Iqbal in the chair. The meeting was attended by senior law experts, concerned the NAB directors general, and other top officers. The chairman directed NAB’s legal team to timely file an appeal against the verdict about Nawaz Sharif's acquittal in the Flagship reference with solid evidences and full preparation.
