Nabeel Gabol says MQM chief threatened him, requests security

KARACHI (92 News) – Former MQM member and member Parliament Nabeel Gabol on Tuesday filed a petition in the Sindh High Court, claiming that he received death threats from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain, therefore, security be provided to him. As per reports, the Gabol stated that Altaf Hussain was angry at him for revealing facts regarding the MQM. "The Sindh government will be responsible if anything happened to him as the authorities have taken back his security," he said. "I do not trust the police,should be provided Rangers security." In February, Gabol resigned as member of the National Assembly as well as from the MQM after differences had arisen between him and the party leadership.
