Naqeebullah murder case: Rao Anwaar suspended, notification issued

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has approved the summary regarding suspension of Malir former SSP Rao Anwaar. The Sindh chief secretary had sent a summary to the CM for the suspension of Rao Anwaar. A notification in this regard has been issued. Meanwhile, a meeting chaired by Additional IG Sanaullah Abbasi discussed a strategy to arrest Rao Anwaar. The meeting also reviewed the efforts so far made to arrest the Malir former SSP and their failure. On the other hand, Monday was the last day of the deadline given by the Supreme Court to arrest Rao Anwaar. The police also conducted a raid to arrest former Malir SSP Rao Anwaar.
