Eidul Fitr celebrated with religious zeal, fervour across country

LAHORE (92 News) – Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated with religious zeal and fervour across the country amid Covid-19 measures.

Eid prayers were held at open places, in mosques and Eidgahs in all cities and towns, including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta, with strict adherence to SOPs of social distancing and other precautionary measures to avoid the spread of the pandemic.

On the occasion, special prayers were offered for the well-being of the country  and an end to the Covid-19 pandemic. The faithful also prayed for independence of the innocent Palestinians and Kashmiris.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan has congratulated the nation on Eidul Fitr.
